For those of you who have traveled Hwy 435 North of Abita Springs to Money Hill Country Club and beyond, you should enjoy seeing the progress being made with the road improvements along the highway. I have attached some pictures to show the initial clearing and grubbing already underway.

Those who have waited for these improvements before buying at Money Hill, do not have to wait any longer. Its probably time to buy (before the completion of these improvements) now rather than later when it is much easier to get there.
