Keep in mind this data only includes Single family Dwellings in and around West Mandeville, Madisonville and Covington (west of Hwy 190 & south of Collins Blvd). The file below has charts and data from Q206 thru Q109. We will attempt to post another section of the market every day for the next 3 weeks, then update these each quarter or when activity dictates an update is warranted.
